A qualified Herbalist and Naturopath, from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dublin, Liz also holds a City & Guilds certificate in Massage therapy and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College, Dublin. She believes strongly that the naturopathic and integrated approach to health provides the best service, and best results, for patients.
Liz’s main areas of interest are Raw & Wholefood nutrition, and the ancient eastern philosophy of health and wellbeing, Ayurveda – meaning ‘the art of living wisely’. Treatment programmes are based primarily on choosing suitable food, lifestyle, exercise, and relaxation techniques that will bring your body back to its natural state of health & balance. She states her goal, as a naturopath, is to provide you with the knowledge, support, and guidance to make better choices towards a healthier, more balanced life.
As the current President & Chairperson of the Irish Naturopaths Association (INA), Liz takes a keen interest in the promotion of naturopathic principles to the general public. To this end, she runs courses on Raw & Wholefood Nutrition and Natural Health & Beauty, and is available to give talks on related subjects to interested groups.
