is Meditation?
In today's world, meditation is to key to learning
how to combat stress, understanding more about yourself, improving your
health, increasing your sense of well being and creating more happiness
in your life. Anita runs a weekly class that generally includes a short
discussion followed by a guided restful meditation. It is a perfect opportunity
to put time aside for an hour each week to relax and rejuvenate. (1 hr
for 8 weeks)
